Hut-Based Running Retreat
Spend three days and two nights immersed in the beautiful Colorado backcountry where you will explore trails right outside the hut with a guide, relax with daily guided meditations, enjoy professionally prepared meals, and learn about how mindfulness techniques can support you within trail running and life in general.
Before and after a hard day of running, refuel with seasonal, local, and nourishing food prepared by private chef, Alex.
There will be evening and morning meditation sessions lead by mindful performance coach, Jordie. You will also learn mindfulness tools and techniques that will help you stay relaxed, focused, and stress-free while running. These mindfulness tools and techniques are easily transferable to your daily life as well!
The Margy Hut is located at 11,300 feet just outside of Aspen, Colorado. The hut has beautiful views of the Elk Mountain Range and has a bunk room that sleeps 4 downstairs, 1 private room with a double bed, plus 10 single beds in a communal sleeping room upstairs.
We recommend you prepare for this retreat by running 3-5 miles 4x a week, including some hill work to strengthen your leg muscles. If possible, run at altitude.

Running Level: Must be able to comfortably run 4-6 miles at high altitude. (There will be two 4-6 mile trail runs on this retreat & the running pace will be easy going).
