Head to the wilderness for a day of nature, mindfulness, growth, and movement. What better way to connect with yourself and feel inspired than to be fully immersed in nature around Aspen, Colorado for one day! This one-day retreat is trail running focused - you must be able to run 5-8 miles comfortably at altitude.

These intimate mini-retreats are meant to inspire women to live mindfully, engage in conscious conversations, and feel empowered to vision and create their dream life. Get ready to get your heart rate up, eat nutritious and seasonal food, and spend a day in the Colorado backcountry cultivating awareness of your mind, body, and spirit!

What's the refund policy?

Full refunds will be given with a 14 day notice.

Is lunch included?

Yes, a seasonal sack lunch will be provided by a private chef

What do I need to bring to the event?

  • Please wear appropriate trail running or hiking clothes and footwear, hat & sunglasses

  • Additional layers: rain jacket, synthetic mid-layer or fleece, puffy jacket, fleece pants - put in small backpack

  • Personal medication

  • *Please be prepared to be outside for a full day, bring whatever else you feel you may need to be comfortable!

What if there is bad weather?

There will be an alternative plan that allows for us to be inside, however we will still attempt to hike and do yoga outside weather permitting.
