Head to the wilderness for a day of nature, self-discovery, and movement. What better way to connect with yourself and feel inspired than to be fully immersed in nature for one day! As we head towards the Autumnal Equinox the environment will be changing all around us, and by the end of this one-day wilderness retreat you will spark change within yourself.
This intimate mini-retreat in meant to inspire women to live mindfully, engage in conscious conversations, and feel empowered to vision and create their dream life. Get ready to get your heart rate up, clear what is no longer serving you, eat nutritious and seasonal food, and live out your chosen legacy!

What's the refund policy?
Full refunds will be given with a 14 day notice.
Is lunch included?
Yes, a seasonal lunch will be provided by a private chef
Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
No! We will be practicing on a the ground, however blankets will be provided
What do I need to bring to the event?
Please wear appropriate hiking clothes and boots, hat & sunglasses
Additional layers: rain jacket, synthetic mid-layer or fleece, puffy jacket, fleece pants
Thermos with tea to keep you warm if needed (optional)
*Please be prepared to be outside for a full day, bring whatever else you feel you may need to be comfortable!
What if there is bad weather?
There will be an alterantive plan that allows for us to be inside, however we will still attempt to hike and do yoga outside weather permitting.
