Head to the wilderness for a day of nature, mindfulness, growth, and movement. What better way to connect with yourself and feel inspired than to be fully immersed in nature around Aspen, Colorado for one day! This one-day retreat is trail running focused - you must be able to run 5-8 miles comfortably at altitude.

This intimate mini-retreat in meant to inspire women to live mindfully, engage in conscious conversations, and feel empowered to vision and create their dream life. Get ready to get your heart rate up, eat nutritious and seasonal food, and spend a day in the Colorado backcountry cultivating awareness of your mind, body, and spirit!

  • Guided trail run, leaving From Aspen, Colorado
